I've always been incredibly interested in Marketing and design, making little advertisements with friends since I was young. I have further developed my skills through leading social media profiles and completing a 12-week Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator course.
Project: Film Festival Brochure
I designed a Brochure for a made-up Film Festival in InDesign. I made sure to create and follow a distinct branding for the Film Festival while having all the information the guests would need readily available.
Social Media for BAFP Screening Events
I was part of the planning committee for two screening events hosted by my university, taking place in the Eldon Building and the BFI Southbank. Apart from general event planning, I took charge of running the Social Media account. I scheduled and filmed interviews with the different groups, and then edited the footage from each group into multiple short, engaging reels. Apart from this, I designed various other posts to promote the event and scheduled all this content. Through this, I increased engagement and attendance for both events, which ended up being sold-out.
Project: Social Media Posts
I created multiple posts for a made-up Film Company in Photoshop. Deciding on a brand colour and design, I insured the style would stay consistent across all posts while giving a visually exciting and click-able first impression.
Instagram for Short Film
Apart from being the editor for the student short film "Just Another Soldier", I also ran the Instagram Account. I created posts and reels that aesthetically fit the style of the movie to increase awareness of the film and boost the views upon release. The short film has now reached over 12k views on YouTube.
Project: Brand Resources
I was tasked with creating an entire Brand Resources Package for a Brand I made up myself. I created Logos, Decorative Objects, Patterns and more for the Production Company "SEEDdot Studios" in InDesign. All of these are Vector graphics and can therefore be upscalled/downscalled without losing any quality.
